Pupose: To serve as a place where foreign gyaru can share their coordinates as well as ask questions/get help in regards to the style, makeup, hair, etc from EACH OTHER. Such a blog came to exist after an idea was presented to me by the tumblr user mysticthorn . Anyone can submit questions and coordinates freely, and anyone can respond to questions . Engage in discussion, share news, event information and meetup pics, in regards to respective GalCircles.
